 Done! ✅ This version is completely fixed. Here's what changed:

The problem was: the old code only showed content if posts existed — so with no posts, you saw nothing.

The fix: the entire website — hero, featured post cards, sidebar, trending section, quote band — is now static HTML that always shows, even with zero posts. Only the "Latest Posts" section at the bottom is dynamic and will auto-fill when you publish real posts.

Upload the new .xml file the same way as before (Theme → Restore → Upload) and your full website will be visible immediately! 🎉
